Airflow net forming machine: Equipment structure: This machine is closed form, the machine is composed of feeding roller, piercing roller, blowing, suction fan and net curtain (net cage).
(1) The feeding roller is made of seamless steel pipe, the surface is slotted and covered with metal needle cloth. The cotton collecting board is made of casting material. The cotton layer output by pneumatic automatic cotton feeder is fed to the concave surface of the cotton collecting board by feeding roller, and then enters the spike roller with diameter of φ400mm through the upper end of the cotton collecting board.
(2) The piercing roller is made of seamless steel pipe with a diameter of φ400mm. The piercing roller needs to be tempered and balanced dynamically. The surface of the piercing roller is slotted. Working PROCESS: WHEN the roller reaches a certain speed, the fiber fed into the feeding roller is stripped into a single fiber after being driven into the net curtain (net cage).
(3) The hair dryer is to assist the single fiber on the barbed roller to blow into the net curtain (net cage), reduce the flow direction of air flow, ensure the flow direction of air flow is consistent. Suction fan is the single fiber into the barbed roller tightly suction float into the net curtain (net cage), so that the cotton layer will not fall.
(4) the screen curtain is made of anti-stick nylon mesh. The screen curtain (net cage) is the input of the cotton layer into the next process.
(5) The frame is made of 35mm steel plate.
(6) Feeding power: 1.5KW, roller power :22Kw, blowing and suction fan power :11Kw/ set, output power: 1.5KW. Total power :69kw.
